North Star Studios is a Brighton based printmaking cooperative.

It was founded in 1977 by a group of artists with the common interest of promoting new and contemporary work. It is continuing to work to this remit today.

As a cooperative we exhibit on a regular basis at numerous venues including North Star itself. The studio has also been used for workshops and talks, which are integral for the future programming of events.

The studio opens its doors annually to the public as part of the Open Houses for the Brighton Festival in May. You will find the studio as part of the 'Beyond the Level' trail.
